Service Agreement

By engaging Harmony Events, you agree to these terms and conditions for all event planning services provided.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure services, with the balance due 30 days before your event date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a $500 administrative fee. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to graduated refund policies.

Liability

Harmony Events' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for vendor performance or circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to Events

Event changes requested within 30 days may incur additional fees. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable modifications.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
